How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
Beans are roasted within 48 hours of dispatch. Each bag is stamped with a roast date so you know exactly when it was prepared, and we recommend brewing within 4 weeks for peak flavor.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Choose a monthly or weekly subscription at checkout or from our Subscriptions category. You can pause, swap, or cancel any time from your account.
What are your shipping times?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. Free shipping is automatically applied on orders over $50.
Can I return opened coffee bags?
For food safety, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee. Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days. Gear and accessories can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
How do I grind beans for my brew method?
Espresso: fine. Pour-over: medium-fine. Drip: medium. French press: coarse. Every bag includes a recommended grind setting on the label, plus QR-code brew guides.
